Regular price, unworn merchandise, with tags attached will be accepted for a refund. Items must be received back at TAZ within 14 days of purchase date. All returned items must be properly packaged and insured.
If you only need to exchange your purchase for another size, please call or email us immediately so we can pull your replacement from inventory. If you would like a refund, please make note of it on your original receipt and we will refund your card immediately upon receiving the merchandise.
Please keep in mind that all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE.
TAZ ships all orders via USPS, FedEx and UPS. Please contact us by phone (843) 235-9646 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or special requests for express delivery. All shipments will require a signature upon arrival. If you request not to have to sign for your purchase, you will be responsible for lost or damaged goods.
We always try our very best to pull and ship your purchases made Monday thru Friday on the day you place them. If for some reason it is not possible to get them out on the day of purchase, they will ship no later that 12:00 pm the next day. The only exception to this will be on holidays.
Sales tax will be charged on all items shipping within South Carolina. When shipping outside of South Carolina, no sales tax will be charged since TAZ is located in South Carolina.
TAZ's online inventory is connected directly to our store's physical inventory. Although we take every precaution to keep our online inventory updated, rarely there may be a simultaneous sale. If that happens, we will refund your credit card immediately and notify you via email. More often than not, we will be able to get the item you want but it may not ship as quickly as if it were in stock at TAZ.
